At The Beauty Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
